| We use a Heidelberg PDF workflow software package called Prinergy.
This software creates colour managed, trapped hi-res PDF files with all used fonts embedded.
These PDF files are then attached to an imposition job ticket printed from our imposition software Signastation, then run to digital proof for approval.
If alters are required, only the altered page(s) is re-ripped - not the entire job. This altered page is then assigned back into the imposition in its correct position with the balance of the job.
Once the final corrections have been approved, film can be output, plates imaged or CTP ready PDFs can be exported or sent via FTP to your printer.
